The Pine County Transition Program  (PCTP) is a school-based employment and independent living skills program for 18-21 year-old students who have not yet met their individual education program (IEP) goals and need additional teacher support to do so.
The program is housed out of the Hinckley-Finlayson High School but is a separate program from the high school.

The program services Pine City, Hinckley-Finlayson and East Central Schools of Pine County, Minnesota. It focuses on the goals and objectives needed by the students to transition to adult life.
